Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Options

•        Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

•        Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@authenticcollegeapparel.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Authentic College Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
